Job Description
– Minimum 6 month or 1 Year of Recruiting experience in IT industry.
– Should have excellent Academic background.
– Excellent communication and writing skills.
– Should be good in sourcing profiles from various portals like Naukri, Monster, CareerBuilder and LinkedIn.
– Analyze candidate profiles on the credibility of resume by Scrutinizing current and previous projects and qualify candidate on required technical skills.
– Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate and HR aspects.
– Coordinating interviews with the Recruitment Agencies.
– Building candidate relationship and reputation for the company.
– Sending daily performance report to the Account manager.– Will be expected to achieve daily and weekly targets by submitting quality consultants.
Education Qualification:
MBA/B-Tech/M-Tech/BA
Tech Skills: Microsoft Excel (basic and advanced), Hands-on knowledge of waterfall and agile project management.
