Proficient in Telugu and excellent communication skills
Familiar with telemarketing and effective objection handling
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure quality control of sales calls
Achieve daily and monthly team collection targets
Manage team attendance, roster, and maximize manpower utilization
Allocate telecalling lists and provide feedback on performance
Conduct daily briefings and re-train team members as needed
Maintain sales reports and ensure timely payment deposition
Track competitor performance and schemes
Assist in interviewing and screening potential hires
Conduct performance reviews for team members
