Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive Customer Support Executive to handle client interactions and drive cross-selling and upselling of products/services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales mindset, and customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and queries
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell relevant products
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to increase retention and satisfaction
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Update and manage customer information in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Requirements:

  • 1–8 years of experience in customer support or telesales
  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
  • Ability to understand customer behavior and needs
  • Familiar with CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
