Profile- Technical Trainer Lead
Location: Mumbai
Experience Required: 3+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting training sessions and workshops for parlor channels and salon professionals.
- Developing and implementing training programs to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborating with premium brands to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques.
- Managing and mentoring junior trainers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with salon owners and key stakeholders.
- Ensuring adherence to brand standards and protocols during training sessions.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in handling Class A & B parlor channels.
- Expertise in managing and training big salons like Tony & Guy, Geetanjali, Cut & Style.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to various locations as required.
- A passion for the beauty and personal care industry.
