Responsibilities:
- Identify key client interaction points for FCs.
- Create metrics to assess FC performance.
- Spot improvement areas in quality checks.
- Set up a feedback loop for FC improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis to fix issues.
- Drive continuous process improvements.
- Build dashboards for data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- Collaborative and result oriented
- Structured approach of thinking and execution
- Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance or a related role
- Strong understanding of quality evaluation systems, tools and techniques
