  • Identify key client interaction points for FCs.
  • Create metrics to assess FC performance.
  • Spot improvement areas in quality checks.
  • Set up a feedback loop for FC improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to fix issues.
  • Drive continuous process improvements.
  • Build dashboards for data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Collaborative and result oriented
  • Structured approach of thinking and execution
  • Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance or a related role
  • Strong understanding of quality evaluation systems, tools and techniques
