Skills Needed :-
-Need Experienced Candidate who comes from direct sales, key account management, cloud computing background. Non-IT sales or IT channels/alliances traction will not be accepted.
-Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts through leading outbound prospecting teams.
-Must have experience in selling Cloud services. Good to have experience in AWS Cloud services.
-Responsible for creating and iterating the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training and enablement
-Leadership Skills: proven record of being a team player, speaking binary [precise, concise choice of words] and work in uncertain business environment. -Leadership is a behavior and not a formal role in this JD.
-Excellent written and spoken English. Business communication is vital and we cannot conduct training on this.
-Accurate, nuanced, direct, and kind messaging.
-Being able to work independently, build relationships and respond quickly.
