Profile- HR Manager
Location:  Delhi
Experience Required: 4- 5 Years

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and handling disciplinary actions.
  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
  • Design and implement training programs to bridge skills gaps.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and POSH regulations.
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
