Profile- HR Manager
Location: Delhi
Experience Required: 4- 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and handling disciplinary actions.
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
- Design and implement training programs to bridge skills gaps.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and POSH regulations.
- Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
