JOB DESCRIPTION:
• HR recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and staffing of candidates for our clients based on their qualifications and experience.
• Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers.
• Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
• Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
• Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
• Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
Skills:
• More than 1 years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple recruitment assignments
• Detail-oriented personality and a positive attitude to work under pressure
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity and professionalism at all times
