Inside Sales Executive
Experience – 1-2 Years

Job Description:
- Prepare for Meeting in IT/ITES, Testing domain.
- Having an effective sales call
- Understanding the customer requirements by gathering the information as per the standard industry requirement to validate the lead
- Gather information related to the right POC, decision-maker, RFP, RFI, current vendors, and service level gaps.
- Schedule a meeting with the client to give POC or presentation
- Make a record in CRM
- Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
- Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of the event
- Comfortable with CRM, PowerPoint decks, online research, LinkedIn, and various other lead generation platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
