Profile- Personal Assistant
Location: Delhi
Experience Required:-  4+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, handle communications
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans and accommodations
  • Document Management: Draft and proofread documents, organize files
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events and meetings
  • Personal Tasks: Assist with personal errands and household needs
  • Project Management: Support projects with research and report preparation
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion

 

 Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in administrative support
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
