Experience Required:- 4+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, handle communications
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans and accommodations
- Document Management: Draft and proofread documents, organize files
- Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events and meetings
- Personal Tasks: Assist with personal errands and household needs
- Project Management: Support projects with research and report preparation
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in administrative support
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
