Key Responsibilities:
● Manage debt recovery across different buckets by engaging with customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other references.
● Send professional email communications for debt collection and follow-up.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions using the company’s CRM software.
● Address and resolve customer payment issues, escalating complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
● Build strong relationships with customers to encourage timely payments and resolve outstanding issues.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective resolution of customer queries
