Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive Customer Support Executive to handle client interactions and drive cross-selling and upselling of products/services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales mindset, and customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and queries
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell relevant products
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain strong customer relationships to increase retention and satisfaction
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Update and manage customer information in CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- 1–8 years of experience in customer support or telesales
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
- Ability to understand customer behavior and needs
- Familiar with CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
