Roles & Responsibility
Conduct hands-on demos and training sessions with salon professionals and decision-makers for
Aminu treatments and products.
Lead client trainings in specific regions and maintain a consistent schedule for new and existing
partner teams.
Work closely with the Account Managers to align training efforts with business development goals
and partner success.
Coordinate and plan training programs in partnership with the Senior Training Manager to ensure
timely and complete execution.
Participate in meetings with prospective clients to introduce the brand, demonstrate product efficacy,
and establish rapport.
Represent Aminu not just as a brand but as a community, inspiring client teams to see themselves as
vital parts of our shared mission.
Knowledge or Experience in:
Strong understanding of skin and skincare science is a must. (CIDESCO certification required)
A natural communicator and relationship builder who makes people feel heard and empowered.
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of their responsibilities.
Someone who thrives in a dynamic, start-up environment — adaptable, collaborative, and solution
oriented.
