You hereby grant the Bizaccenknnect Pvt. Ltd. an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, prepare derivative works of, incorporate into other works, and otherwise use and exploit your User Content, and to grant sublicenses of the foregoing rights, solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Site. You also irrevocably waive any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to your User Content.

AmbiguousIT owns the databases, code, and all rights related to the Bizaccenknnect Pvt. Ltd. services and platform. However, customers retain ownership and all rights to their own records and data, which remain their sole property.
