Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Costing / Budgeting professional with experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
The role will be responsible for project budgeting, cost estimation, BOQ finalisation, rate analysis, rate locking, budget monitoring, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare initial project budgets and high-level cost estimates using R-Dash.
• Prepare, review, and finalise BOQs based on project scope, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate for rate analysis, rate finalisation, rate locking, and cost stabilisation.
• Monitor estimated vs. actual project costs and identify cost deviations.
• Ensure projects remain within the approved budget and highlight potential cost overruns.
• Maintain accurate and updated budget, BOQ, and costing data in R-Dash.
• Conduct regular budget reviews and support cost control and optimisation.
• Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, Design, and Accounts teams for costing-related requirements.

Candidate Profile
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in project costing, estimation, budgeting, or Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in commercial interior fit-outs is preferred.
• Strong understanding of BOQ, costing, rate analysis, and project cost control.
• Good analytical, numerical, and coordination skills.
