Skin and Product Training Manager

Job Details & responsibilities :

Role Type: Full-time | On-field, client-facing role

Base location: Bangalore/Chennai. This is a fully field-based role where you will represent our brand on the ground across South India. The role requires travel at least 5 days a week (both intra-city and inter-city) to meet partners, conduct trainings, and build new relationships. This is not a desk-based role.

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation: Based on experience and skill

There will be a training period of 3 weeks, which will happen in Mumbai, after which you will be operating out of Bangalore or Chennai, covered by the. Work from home when not on-field or visiting.

What you will do:

Train and educate salon and clinic professionals on skin science, formulations, and treatment protocols, including in-person product and facial treatment demonstrations.

Communicate clearly, answering technical questions with accuracy and adapting your approach based on who you’re speaking to – therapists, clinic leads, or decision-makers.

Read the room and tailor training depth and delivery to different audiences and levels of expertise.

Actively gather on-ground insights and feedback from partners to help refine our brand’s education content, protocols, and training approach.

Through your work, directly shape how our products and expertise are understood, trusted, and used across partnered salons and clinics.
