Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Vendor Manager with strong exposure to commercial interior and corporate office fit-out projects. The role will focus on vendor sourcing, onboarding, development, negotiations, and maintaining a reliable vendor network.
Key Responsibilities
Source and onboard vendors, subcontractors and service providers.
Develop vendor networks across civil, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, false ceiling, furniture, glass & aluminium, plumbing, fire & safety, signage, etc.
Conduct vendor assessments and capability checks.
Negotiate rates, commercials and payment terms.
Maintain vendor databases and evaluate vendor performance.
Benchmark market rates and identify competitive vendors.
Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Design and Operations teams for project requirements.
Candidate Profile
✅ 3–8 years of relevant Vendor Sourcing / Vendor Management experience
✅ Mandatory experience in Commercial Interiors / Office Fit-Out / Design & Build
✅ Strong network of interior contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
✅ Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
✅ Good understanding of interior execution categories and market rates
✅ Ability to independently source vendors for new projects and locations
